I also acknowledge that Wisdom & Authority Title Solutions will advise me of the review of my documents, applicable DMV fees and the timeframe to have my service completed. I also understand that if I have any vehicle related stops (unpaid parking tickets, unpaid tolls, unpaid personal property taxes, uninsured related matters, emission/inspection issues, and or DMV administrative stops on my record that my transaction could be placed on hold, rejected and or seriously delayed, which will impact my transaction. I am aware that the agents of Wisdom & Authority Title Solutions will do their best to advise me of any possible stops that could be on my record, however I am aware that even so vehicle related stops can appear at any time. In the event my transaction is to be resubmitted to the DMV, I understand that a $35.00 resubmission fee will apply.
